Couldn't wait to get my hands on one of these double T kits and I was not disappointed when I finally purchased one in Skyway- There are tons of parts for building an oldschool T and a T roadster, but with a few more Ford parts I plan to build a turtleback T roadster using the Lincoln V8, a chopped T coupe on wire rims, and a jalopy T truck. roadster fever

vintage volkswagen








The knobby tires and smooth steel rims were earmarked for another project, while some plain steelies and Firestones from the old stalwart ’51 Chevy by AMT fit nicely with new axles made from sprue. A bumper from Evergreen styrene was added upfront, with headlights from a Revell Model A,and the headlights from Revell’s 1/35th 1934 coupe as foglights. Blackout slits were masked using Scotch tape before primer was laid on.
